Yesterday we went to McDonalds. We went to McDonalds to learn how to make hamburgers. We split up in three groups.Then we looked around.After that we had some ice cream.By David
Ice Cream
We went to Mc Donalds and we had a Ice Cream and they showed us how to make a Ham Burger.The Ice Cream was yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Made BY Rhema
At the end we had an ice cream. I told my mum that I was full so I gave the rest to her Lots of parents came with us. The parents had fun too. Some one’s tooth wriggled right out into the ice cream. There was blood everywhere. Our teacher helped him, he was crying.

Room 2
We went intervening room 2 and found out what they have been doing.Room 2 have been working so hard in term 2 they have made some beautiful rainbows
And they have wrote stories to go with there paintings. They also learnt about t the horizon line so they understood what they were writing and drawing about.
In art they have been drawing self portraits.
We interviewed 3 children and asked them different questions.
Hannah age 5 said that her favorite thing this year is writing stories.
Caleb age 6 said he loves how Mrs. Smith explains things so that they can understand.
Emma age 6 said she loves art because Mrs. Smith is good at it she thinks of good things to draw about she also likes swimming.

Our Work for 2004
Room 2 has been learning about being safe on the road. We made this cool poster with all the traffic on it. 
In writing we made a super story all about Alley Cats. We made the colourful illustrations too!
