Wintec Active is a computer training program supported by a company named Intuto.
Wintec Active helps you to have better computer skills like using a computer and its programs like Microsoft word, publisher, PowerPoint and Excel.
When you choose which course you want it takes you through a step by step guide and after a section you do a checkpoint which is like a mini-assessment.
When you have done all of the checkpoints you are ready for the big assessment which is made up of everything you have learnt all into one you get 3 chances to pass and to pass you must get 80% or higher.
Once you have passed 10 courses you get a certificate from Wintec Active. I have only completed 2 courses at the moment but I am on the way.

Wintec Active
Wintec Active is an internet computer course. There are lots of courses you can enroll in, including how to operate a pc, Excel, word processing and many more. Our school is the only intermediate school in Wanganui to do it. Mr Isaacs helped us get enrolled on the courseEvery student in the class has at least ten minutes a week to do the courses. We go to www.wintecactive.co.nz log in our username and password and then do some of the courses.
If you do 10 courses you get a certificate. I have done 10 courses and am partly through another one.
